When the grandmother of a 4 year-old toddler emerged from their hotel bathroom, she found her grandson attempting to blow up a used condom he found in the bed. Thinking the condom was a balloon, the boy placed his tongue inside the contraceptive that, according to the grandmother’s account had semen in it.
"I ran out the bathroom and my grandson had a condom in his mouth. His tongue was in the condom and he was trying to blow it up," said Jones.
